Yerwyth is a simple soul. He doesn't speak of his history before his Search, and he'd likely leave that part out if he hadn't met Nightshore while wandering the Starfall Isles. As far as he's concerned, his story began during a return visit to his elemental homeland, when he found a gnarled old tree, a determined young fae, a beautifully spun amber roost, and a nebulous but definite sense that something here was right.
Nightshore has her theories that Yerwyth found his charge in the Potential of the Clan. Yerwyth isn't sure if she's right or wrong. But Nera has no intention of ever removing her first roost, and the clan is careful not to abuse The Tree too much as they build on it and move it between lair sites, and the clan will always have potential even if the current members move on to other homes or deities. So Yerwyth isn't overly concerning with naming what, exactly, called to him that day, because he knows that he's found his charge, and he's protecting it.
