Sunshine padded through the fields,the sun shining brightly above,the sky a beautiful blue tone,fluffy white clouds passing by,a day sunshine would enjoy very much,he continued to trot around until he found a spot right beside a tree,perfect for sunshines plans to watch the clouds dance in the sky above him,so he flopped down head up,watching the clouds without a single thought.

Sunbeam felt someone flop beside her and she shifted a bit uncomfortable,if whoever that was was that oblivious to not at least see her on the grass she might’ve as well been squished,well for good heavens she wasn’t at least,she turned her head slightly catching the sight of the faes glimmering amber eyes,her eyes slowly shifted to the faes markings,they were absolutely beautiful,She felt the urge to say something but she didn’t,clouds drifting by slowly the wind rustling her fur.

The pair continued to watch the clouds in silence before it slowly began to dawn,Sunshine raising his head only yet just noticing the tundra,sunshine looking at her, the tundra sitting up looking back at sunshine curious,the tundra perked up looking happy to have met a new supposed friend.

Sunbeam turned her head looking out at the fields,words falling out of her mouth,”Didn’t realise i was the only one that liked to look at clouds,i’m sunbeam,you?”

It seemed a bit too sudden for sunshine to be letting out his name to a random stranger,he picked himself up before trotting off leaving the tundra confused and lonely.

The days and nights passed,the same treatment occuring,sunshine and sunbeam next to each other paying no attention at all,only to end with sunbeam trying to end a conversation with sunshine leaving to his home.


Until a certain love interest started,for sunshine it may have been sunbeams maturity and for sunbeam sunshines child like nature,over time they grew a deep bond together,now going out to cloud gaze together little meaningless discussions between them.
