The best time to go to Waffle House is between the hours of 12-5AM. Because in those hours you really don't care if it doesn't taste all that great, you have the best chats with the employees, & get the best people-watching

I don't recall if I've ever actually eaten at a waffle house [I'm an Ihop kinda person] but as someone who grew up down south, I am well aware of the waffle house index, got mad respect for the workers there managing to keep going even in the event of borderline apocalyptic conditions /gen
