Marquise and Teague's Gaoler training program has reached far, and Cyrus has joined the clan to learn the traditional ways of his people. He tries his best to be dutiful and honor sacred Gaoler traditions, but he can't help but be restless sitting still and trying to guard empty cells all day. He blames this on his youthful energy, still being fairly young and new to the ancient trade. Cyrus is actually blind, but he is told this does not stop him from being an efficient and intimidating guard.

A wandering, lost young Gaoler, blinded by combat wounds and with hair so shaggy and unkempt he did nothing but trip and stumble over himself was truly a sad sight. Cleopatra was the first to spot him stumbling around the wastes from her sentry position, and though she initially perceived him as a threat, perhaps sent from the Southern Icefield to hunt Marshal down, approaching for the purpose of investigation revealed to her he was blind and only aimlessly wandering. Marquise practically dragged him into the lair when she learned of Cyrus's being on the territory, and though she honestly forced traditional Gaoler training on him in her classic Marquise way, Cyrus was just grateful to have a purpose. For now, he practices by guarding clan "prisoners", which really just consist of what few meddling Beastclans might stumble onto the territory. Despite being trained to become a "true Gaoler" who serves the Icewarden, Cyrus will genuinely serve anyone and is loyal to the Plaguebringer over all other deities. Cyrus is being trained to join the Keeper order.
