personality Gaila is known as 'the crystalborn.' Much like the rocks she was formed from, she is grounded. Unlike her wife, she never has her head in the clouds. She is logical and precise. That being said, they are also a very fluid dragon, in every aspect. Their focus moves on quickly. Once they believe they have completed something to perfection or mastered an art, they move on. They are also genderfluid, believing that gender is too rigid a system for creatures as domineering as dragons. Even his element is fluid. Though his eyes reflect and ice elemental background, he is also well versed with arcane and uses both. He is an incredible magic user, but uses his abilities sparsely, as he believes power is not to be used frivolously. backstory One stormy night, on the southern coast of the Starfall Isles, a great storm broke out. Massive ice crystals clashed with the pink arcane crystals. The storm lasted for days before it finally died down. When it did, there was a strange statue amidst the catastrophe. They weren't really sure what they were or who they were at first, so they wandered. They wandered, finding themself. In finding themself, Gaila was also able to find a dragon like unto himself. Her name was Luminara. She was made from the universe just like he was. Gaila was happy to have found someone similar and decided to stay with her and learn from everything she had to teach. job Gaila is a mage. He is incredibly powerful, having been imbued with the raw energy of both arcane and ice. He, however, only uses his abilities when he deems it absolutely necessary. He regularly travels around the empire to help out. He works closely with Kisai, to keep the barriers up around the empire and to ensure safety. While at home, he uses his abilities to keep heavy storms at bay on the coast. While that is how she was created, she knows that it causes great deals of destruction and wishes for only the best for everyone around. |
