____Found as a hatchling washed up on the shore among the wreckage left by the Great Hurricane, Ceto's primal eyes—which, until then, had been only the stuff of legend—and staggering elemental power took her small adoptive clan by storm. With the disappearance of the Tidelord throwing the Water Flight into chaos, many took Ceto's arrival as an omen, even more so when one of the legendary Sprites appeared by her side. With the Tidelord's fate utterly unknown, some have gone so far as to declare her as the very incarnation of the water god himself. Her true heritage is virtually unknown outside of the highest authority of the Water Exalted; rather than his incarnation, she is the Tidelord's daughter. ____A young, impulsive powerhouse of a demigod, Ceto has welcomed her newfound fame, gathering a throng of loyal followers and going on a warpath through the fragmented Sea of a Thousand Currents. Carving through the already unstable territories of Water clans in her way, and despite the best efforts of the Exalted to stop her, she and her makeshift clan continue their search for a territory to claim as their own—ignoring the protests of those already living there. ____Ceto has, unfortunately, not inherited her Father's calm attitude and level head, and only her prophetic ability has saved her from her own immaturity when trying to make leadership decisions. Despite her clear inexperience, her force of personality and undeniable power keep her followers' loyalty intact. Rumors are spreading that Ceto and her clan intend to advance on Spiral Keep itself, and usurp the empty throne.
