The clan's Behemoth sprout sways in the wind, casting a rippling shadow across the grass. One of the traders bows towards it, and its boughs seem to bend in acknowledgement. It's not til they're passing beneath its branches that they see the source; Haavta, tail wrapped around a bough, her spear balancing itself against the trunk. She repeats the bow and grins, then turns her eyes back to the sky, scanning for any sign of smoke.

I'm thinking this might be one of Fulgurum's coworkers. Being Fire-aligned would lead to some tension there, but let's say she's a fire lookout who normally works way up in Ironbough's branches. She's generally pretty easygoing, but prone to hurtling out of the tree, spear at the ready, at the first sign of trouble.

Okay, so she's protective of the clan and a pretty far-flung transplant. Why's she all the way over in the Labyrinth? Let's say she's the inverse of Ezekiel--parents left for Ashfall to run a vineyard or something, but were forced to return to the Labyrinth by the escalating civil war. Their vineyard was burned, Havvta here tried to use their magic to stop it, partial success (held it off long enough to get things out of the house). I'm not going to go the route of "scarred for life by that single event, now only uses their magic to stop fires". Gonna say this lass does know a lot about controlled burns though, and is actually a pretty dab hand in the clan's orchards (also buds with Malingo, maybe).

So generally pretty easygoing, not super entrenched in Clan Drama Tee Em. If she needs a metapurpose, it's to provide an in-universe example of a dragon with an opposing element that's actually Chill And Nice.

I'm going to say her chief flaw is laziness. Dude would rather be out making friends than keeping watch, it's just that she snaps into Business Mode and is a little terrifying when she does.
