The resident librarian and recordkeeper of Gypsum Tower. He is a very small figure, but he holds a rough voice and rougher words, making him stand out regardless. He is often seen as wrathful and intimidating due to his irritable nature. Many wonder how he's able to read and keep track of all of those books, given his eyes holding only one pupil between them, and often leaking some mystery shadow-substance from the black depths of his sclera. The truth is, that single pupil is actually very adept at focusing on one thing, so as long as you don't sneak up on him while he's reading, the state of his eyes actually doesn't effect him much at all. This glowing purple orb can project itself outside of his head and travel as far as 5 feet in any direction away from Glenn himself if he wills it, allowing him to see from outside of his head. This mastercraft of spellwork was created by none other than Glenn himself to compensate for the loss of his eyes. Glenn is sharp and good at reading other dragons - particularly ones with bad intentions. His negative attitude combined with his impulsive tongue tends to reveal and display the worst in others. This, in turn, tends to make most dragons uncomfortable around him... Making him a perfect companion for Masque, whom also repels other dragons, though for different reasons. The irony lies in the sheer difference of their attitudes, with the pearlcatcher constantly amused over something or other as the Spiral mopes about... Well, everything. Glenn is the Shadow Representative-Regent in the event of Eridanus being unable to attend to meetings. He has never had to utilize this position, as Eridanus is a punctual and work-focused man who values his own position very highly and would be more likely to show up sick than not at all. |
