Teb is the third one supposed to come from the same alternative Universe from which Aloy and Strider came, often also called "Earth of Year 3040". He seems to be a close Aloy's friend.
In terms of character, he tends to be very tolerant and very caring, he's also soft-spoken and somewhat shy.

Here, on Sornieth, similarly to his role in the alternative Universe, he is an outfit maker and seamster.

Additional info: Belongs to the Nora tribe. In the past he got saved from a herd of Striders and Watchers by Aloy. Wanted to be a Brave but ended up as a Stitcher instead. Unlike other of his tribe, he's very tolerant.
