Not afraid to get her hands dirty, Mekospa has been nicknamed the ‘Triage Nurse’ of the Luminaries. She is calm and composed in frantic situations, quickly taking control of a crises and figuring out the most efficient order of dealing with problems. She’s adept at medical interventions, so the nickname is pretty spot on.

If there’s a Shade-related crises that may end with violence or injuries to a Shade-touched dragon, Mekospa is able to wade into the wreckage without worry of being affected by any Shade material. She constantly has cracks opening in her skin that let out small drizzles of glowing ichor - physical manifestations of her Light. This substance can be used as a salve for the injuries of Shade-touched dragons because of its anti-shade properties. In many cases Shade-touched dragons heal much slower than others as the Shade is actively fighting the host's body, draining much needed energy. Mekospa’s ichor keeps shade at bay and promotes the healing process.
