Cos they was hatched in Plague right? So bb hatched in Plague and he was Babey so he understood that his parents were powerful cos of the trials and he wanted to be so too! So as a kid he slipped away and took the Trials... and then he got losted on his way back.

So ConTam and Talon might think he's dead or they might have followed his tracks to the Wyrmwound and found no body. But somehow he's gone. Babby. (He misses his parents very much)

And then he ends up with Tethys' clan cos Sang and Haema and Testy and Bottfly and Viria all... smell like his parents. Are magically similar to his parents. So he stays with them and very slowly learns non-ConTam morals. He's not malicious... he just a bit babey

I think, if it's okay with you, I'd call him Perseus, from the Ancient Greek Perso meaning "to destroy, destroyer"

He patrols the clan edges with Testy and Nahum and Ondine. They're older than him, so for all he's a Necro and they're servi, he technically defers to them. He's friendlier with Nahum because he's a fellow Fae and he acts as an extra line of defence. He's strong and occasionally vicious, which Ondine approves of, and he has strong (Necromancer) morals, which Nahum is familiar with. Testy is a bit wary, especially after figuring out that Perseus was related to Bottfly and Viria (though remaining as yet unaware of the ConTam connection) but works with him nonetheless, trying to teach him the morals of the clan.
