Linu is the best flier in the lair, besides Drea, and she holds this rivalry close. She is faster by far than the "giant fluff snake" but has lower endurance, keeping the two on a frustratingly same level. Although she's competitive, Linu has her heart in the right place. She often speaks too quickly and is harsh, and is forced to swallow her pride and make awkward, brusque apologies. She and Unis are close, and as much as she hates to admit it, she protects him like a brother.
Just don't challenge her to a race.

She gets a lot of crap for her companion. It reminds people of Harpies, and they hate her "Moony", as she calls him. He's the only companion she could find that could keep up with her, and she has a strong connection to him. When she was leaving her Lightning territory in search of a newer home with new competition, she was attacked by a flock of Talonok. She outflew them all, but one that followed her all the way to the edge of the water territory. She and it were engaged in a sort of aerial dance when she stumbled upon the land of the Aqurians, and they thought it was her companion. They caged it "To tame it and get it used to us." She begrudgingly visited it every day, discovering it was sentient and befriending it slowly. Eventually she let him out of the cage and they became very close friends, fierce and aggressive and fast.
