Biography
Gamzee Winters Warrior
Being from the flight enveloped in eternal light, the glare from snow is no bother for the Wildclaw. Gamzee is both elegant and ferocious in his movements, making him the perfect warrior in winter conditions. Many dragons who aren't used to the slippery surface of ice find it difficult to walk across it, let alone fight. But Gamzee has mastered the art of weight distribution to balance himself with ease.
Before becoming a part of the clan, he spent his younger days seeking out any form of solid water. The first few weeks he attempted to ice skate were far from graceful. There were a few close calls where he fell on the ice so much, that it became weak and threatened to plunge him into the freezing waters underneath. But with time, he mastered the art form.
On one trip, he was ambushed by beastclan who had been watching him for weeks, studying his strengths and weaknesses. Gamzee had no experience in fighting, the clan didn't make it mandatory for all members to receive at least basic training. The Wildclaw feared for his life, unsure of how he was going to make it home.
The beastclan closed in on him, forcing the dragon to retreat to keep any form of space between them. Soon he felt the familiar cool sensation of the ice beneath his feet. He glided backwards as he watched the opposing force try to work out their best move. Even if the surface gave him an advantage, he still had no idea how exactly to defeat them. He knew his best bet was to follow his instincts.
The beastclan decided to continue closing the gap, a move which put them at a disadvantage. As soon as they stepped onto the ice, it was obvious how unsteady they were. Gamzee could only come up with one way to defeat them; break the ice beneath. But that was easier said than done. The night had seen extreme low temperatures which had allowed the ice to thicken and strengthen. Not only that, but when he tried to get near to his enemies, they threw attacks his way.
