Lumin is a dragon of few words, traveling as a mercenary for most of his life before finally finding himself in the Kingdom of Thorns, where he was accepted, regardless of his unfortunate past.

Before his clan’s kind and just leader was overthrown by a tyrant, Lumin was a rather pleasant dragon, a simple hunter who hoped for the prosperity of his clan. The tyrant who killed the clan’s original leader ordered his hidden followers to ensure that whoever supported the great leader would be slain, their heads brought before him.

Forced to flee as his fellow clanmates were ruthlessly slaughtered, Lumin took off into the forest, never looking back. He would soon become lost, unable to find where his clan’s territory was. Overcome with anger and fury at the events that had taken place, Lumin swore to one day take revenge on the tyrant who had murdered his friends and family in cold blood.

In order to fulfill his goal, Lumin became a traveling mercenary in the hopes that he might one day find someone who had information on his old clan’s whereabouts. For many long years, he searched, become a hardened and cold warrior, to no avail.

One day, he stumbled across the Kingdom of Thorns. Now grasping at straws, he joined the Kingdom, hoping that someone there might have information, with the crowd that hung around the land. Although Lumin still had yet to find his old clan, he hac agreed to settle down for the time being. His quest for revenge is still far from over, though.

Lumin is a stoic and serious dragon, following orders whenever asked. He dislikes speaking with others, apparently being a lone wolf type, but when he does, it’s usual not very friendly. In combat, he is ruthless and quite the force to be reckoned with, taking down his foes without a single thought.

Somehow, he became friends (although he won’t admit it) with the reckless scholar of the Kingdom, Xie. He was assigned to the mission of escorting him to a festival and make sure he didn’t get into any trouble. At some point, the other Imperial grew on Lumin.
