A Dovakti dragon who commands one of the most well known ships in the Himinn navy, the Aeolian Frostrend. He is a relatively new Admiral, having taken over Llion's position and crew. In fact, Kultir was hand picked by Llion to be his replacement when he retired, seeing as the young dragon had proven himself more than capable as his second in command.

Though he is a brave sailor, there is one patch of sea that he will never sail, other than the Bahimda Storm of course. That, is a stretch of ocean that encircles a small island far south of Himinn, his former home. Before coming to Himinn, Kultir had watched his father and his crew be brutally slaughtered by a horde of blood thirsty pirates while being unable to do anything to save them. The guilt he feels for his inaction and the fact he was the sole survivor haunts him to this day, to the point that he refuses to step onto his home island because he no longer believes he is worthy or deserving of seeing it again.
