______ Draxian. The leader to this clan and the father to his kind, Infernos. Not much is known about them, aside from their physical attributes and what they have spoken about themselves. Some recite that they come from an ancient lineage, some say they are not dragons at all, but are completely different beings. Yet, they all agree on one thing- that their ancestor and leader is a living manifestation of heat, flames and light. Like the world's core. Or a star, given a soul to yield conscience.

______ Born from the very heat that shaped his body, one would expect to see him to erupt in anger very often, if not all the time. And yes, he does get his anger fits, but he is more commonly seen as calm and collected. Fire is often associated with destruction, but it has the side of creation as well. Draxian reflects that. He has burned down forests and vanquished opponents, but he also gives a fresh ground for new and healthy saplings (in some cases hatchlings as well) to root in and grow strong. He tries his best to be a balanced leader and judge, only releasing his rage when it is absolutely necessary.

______ Of course, no one has really seen his clan up until recent decades. His kind always said that originally they consisted only of Infernos, and yet, they house a plethora of distinct dragons and pairs that are not even close to look like the fiery beasts.

B I O G R A P H Y

______ Their original lair was secluded from the outside world, protected by an anomaly that allowed them to reach immense age and power. There was no reason to interact with the outside, seeing how there was enough for their life and more. Though.... The Infernos weren't the only ones that inhibited the region.

______ Being the opposite elements, Infernos often had to butt their heads against dragons of ice and water, even if to just remain in their lair. For some time it worked, and it seemed that their enemies gave up, so they rejoiced. A grave mistake for guards to let their guard down. The moment the sun set, when their time of weakness took a hold on them, the aquatics struck. They caused chaos, slaughtered most of the Infernos that tried to fight back and chased down the wounded or the ones that sought escape. Draxian fought relentlessy against the combined numbers, but he saw that it would be too much for him and his creations, so the leader called the surviving ones to escape while he holds the waves back.

______ Only having saved literal few of his creations, it struck Draxian hard. Though, they couldn't stay in one place, he had to move them to an area, free of aquatics and cold. One, where they could heal their wounds in warmth. That's how he found the Ashfall Wastes. Deeming this as the best region to take refuge in, he settled down and created a new lair. Though, it took some time for him and the others to become accustomed to the completely different flow of time, and only then began to accept new dragons. Draxian tries his best to keep his mind clear against all elements, but he knows the same cannot be said for some of the surviving dragons, including his own general.
