Oca means well, truly, he does, but more often than not his experiments get the better of him and usually end up causing destruction. He has a lot of raw magical energy, so much so that it has affected his eyesight, which makes it even harder for him to track down the spirits he creates. If he gets overexcited sometimes creations just burst into existence, and then he must track them down before they blow something up. If you see Oca around, you might want to help him look for his mistake before it finds you.
