Seer holds an... odd position within the weyr. She fulfills much the same role to the Newcomers that Crane does for the Old Guard: a leader, a mentor, a diplomat. However, she lacks his pragmatism, spouting outlandish theories and beliefs that would normally not be tolerated under other leaders.
However, Sintara not only allows this, she simply ignores her. Seer takes this free rein and certainly runs with it. She tirelessly preaches to the newer dragons in the Tangle, cooing over them and taking them under her little wing before whispering her strange beliefs to them. Her following has grown rapidly in size, despite Crane's attempts to head her off. His sharp warnings to Sintara and Dazzy are, as ever, ignored.
She holds a particular fascination for the little Veilspun, Kepper, almost to the point of religious reverence.
