- Looks like a giant sea ray.
- Her dorsal surface showcases colorful patterns (primary and secondary gene).
- Deep, dark blue underside of her head, body, wings, et cetera...
- Only capable of gliding, but can stay airborne as long as strong winds are present. To "fly", she'll launch herself out of the water at high speed, perform a rapid midair spin to shake herself dry, then spread her membranes (wings and legs) to catch air. Evenings are a preferred time to fly, because sunlight irritates her hide.
- Walks on four limbs on land: legs and secondary arms (wings). She'll sometimes carry a cane for support when dragging herself out from water onto shore.
- She could probably use her membranes as a raft to drift onto the ocean's surface.

- A practitioner of fine art. I wonder what kind of artworks exist in the Sea of a Thousand Currents?
- Works as a custodian, overseeing ambassadors of other Flights' and allies' guest dens and carry out domestic tasks.
- Hates gulls, because she was swarmed by a mob of them as an adolescent. She had unknowingly flew too close to their nests, and Water Nocturne do love snacking on bird eggs.
- Water Nocturne are carnivorous dragons subsisting a diet of marine mammals, reptiles, birds, and arthropods. She's fond of eating a platter of Mammertee sirloin and Deep Sea Lobster dish. Sometimes, she'll unhook a bait or two from oblivious fishers.
- Loves wearing jewelry, albeit forgoes it during work.
