Whimsy's father wandered off for adventure before she was born. Less than a month into his travels, he met Whimsy's mother in a Plague clan. They hit it right off, and soon Nonsense was crooning over his first nest.

He adored his children, but his journey wasn't over and they couldn't stay in Mafuyu's clan, so he prompted them all to move to his home Wind clan and await his return. The clan welcome them happily, feeling warm pride for their old clanmate and immediate fondness for his children.

It wasn't long before Whimsy chose to take up her father's old role in the clan, joking around and amusing the older dragons with just as much skill and joviality as he had shared before her.

But Nonsense never did return and, tired of waiting, Whimsy's two siblings eventually left to join the ranks of the Windsinger. She left as well, but her path led her to the Ennon clan where she met her handsome warrior, Yuzu.

Aside from her father's prankish behavior, Whimsy also inherited her mother's gregarious nature, a mix that contrasts and balances with Yuzu's quiet demeanor.
