Backstory

Always in the shadow of her sister. Never bothered trying to be their own person. It was so much easier to just follow other's lead.

Little by little, she started to notice things. Her colours were much darker than her sister. The others would try to give her her due of attention. It wasn't as much as her sister tho. Her sister was foolish, thinking with her heart and not her head. The ridgeback sought a crowd whenever she could. Don't be like that. Everyone here could crush her in any way, shape, or form. Don't be to close to them.

It became tiring to try to communicate with others. Even her familiar she became silent to. And with that, a raging storm grew in her mind.

Then one day, the day she became an adult derg, her sister came back from a long day of 'training'. She brought back apparel of gold and silver, stolen from a Light Clan. It was a challenge for Featherstorm to steal them away because of her feathers. They revealed her feelings, her intentions. There only positive was that they were hard to interpret.

Shadowhisper struck a deal with her sister that day. She'd go out 'training' with her sister, which consisted of going to other lairs pretending to be lost and poor travelers, then stealing their loot. Shadowhisper would 'interpret' her sisters feathers for others. It was fine for a time...

Featherstorm became obsessed with a particular lair that always managed to see past their fasadę. After so many attempts, one landing Shadowsight in a birdcage, the sisters got in a heavy discord about this obsession. Vile words were spat with no grace. It was the last time they spoke to each other.

Now, Shadowhisper has turned her attention to the Veilspuns. They will not stomp her, for they too are small. They're powerful beasts, controlling them would be hard but not impossible. If raised correctly, her word would be their law. Born for tricks and crimes. And thus, the Veilspun Army began.
