Gizelle is a conniving but charismatic male spiral who has spent the past ten years of his life carefully creating a semi-religious group based on his belief that the arcane and wind flight are inexplicably linked. He's convinced his parents were from both flights despite never knowing them and believes it to be his Arcanist given vision to unite as many dragons as possible under the "Arcane winds". He claims that the ancestors on his wind side speak to him through this wind, and he recieves prophetic dreams from the arcane side. It's unclear whether this is his honest and true belief or just another false claim of legitimacy to recruit members.
Gizelle is surrounded by his co-leaders, Galega and Inviol, as well as their shadow support in the form of Bones, Caelum and Watcher. These are the select few he hanhd picked to rule "with" him, though he soughs mistrust between them and places himself as their only friend. He is wary of the friendship between Watcher and Caelum, and willing to send Bones between them. Galega is the newest member, and treated with extreme suspicion by the others.
