A rather hapless young drake who came into quite a sum of money whilst gambling his life savings in the big city. Awed with his newfound wealth, he immediately assumed the composure of the ostentatious and well-to-do. His coin has found its way to many places; he spends frivolously, funding any cause which brings him amusement. He adorns himself with the finest silks and jewelry, and master enchanters are responsible for conjuring the bright plumage which adorns him to this day. He has decided that birds, which please him with their beautiful colors, are to be his life's cause. In the traditions of old wealth, he has made himself a patron of avian advancement. Ornithologists across Sornieth often find themselves surprised to receive a missive from Voxel that requests to fund their studies, and he has settled in Thunder Hollow to personally oversee the expansion of its ornithological menagerie.
He is a naive and clueless sort of dragon, one who floats along in the current of life unbothered by worry. It has been a long time since he has had to concern himself with finite mortal concerns; to him, everything in life is infinite, a coin's throw away from his grasp. If his funds are near to exhausting, he doesn't know it, and his life is one of unbridled pleasure and luxury.
