Haunt is the strange son of Flame, the notoriously unkillable Gaoler of Kiran’s Clan. He takes after his father quite a bit and has become equally known throughout Skyreach, although for entirely different reasons. You see, Haunt has a few traits that are very clearly paranormal. For instance, the skeleton pattern on his fur sometimes will move on its own accord and his shadow stretches itself into strange shapes. His teeth are known to inexplicably glow bright green, and he has never been reported to sleep or blink. Talk about odd.

For other entirely mysterious reasons, Toadie’s outlandish behavior doesn’t scare the wits out of Haunt. They hang out together in the swamps sometimes, cooking up evil plots and cackling like they’ve gone mad. Haunt may be a spook, but he’s a decent dragon and he always makes sure to thank Toadie for her hospitality. The two of them make a weird duo. Not a bad duo in any way, but weird nonetheless.

Haunt has informally adopted whatever the heck Oblivion is. He affectionately calls her Liv and feeds her the Shade particles he extracts from prisoners, and she affectionately braids his mane and places elaborate curses on his enemies. Aww, they’re just such peaceful and wholesome dragons :DDD.
