Theodore runs a candy shop in the Capitol of Centrum.

A puppet cursed into life by the children of Forester and Epilobium, Theodore and his stuffed siblings were meant to bring poisons and destruction and famine to the clans they were sent to; much to the chagrin of their creators, each puppet took on a personality of their own, much better suited to helping those in need.

He cannot taste nor eat any of his candies, and some of the flavor combinations are incredibly peculiar; dragons say it gives his shop character, even if they don't quite fancy bacon-and-mint pasties.
