this is telikos! he is a little boy. he's selectively mute and has only ever spoken once he left quarantine zone 128. it doesn't mean he's not expressive, though! his sisters are very good at reading his body language, and he's very 'chatty' when he's excited, or happy, or both. now that he's getting better, he's more comfortable speaking, though it's still baby steps at a time. he's doing amazing, and i'm so proud of him.
