-kokoa took pity on her and lets her stay at the shrine

I always end up picking a wind theme dragon, if i was not in shadow i would be wind i just love the theme, and she is so cool. I love the way the radioactive current gives a green gradient on her wings, it almost looks like her wings are glowing. The peacock is very nice with adding a nice sea green to her, and it balances well with her sanddollar ripple. The pieces of apparel is nice, i love that you added Chancellor pieces as well, i have never seen it used on a wind theme dragon but it adds some nice reds making her super unique compared to the other wind theme dragons.
