Hippie dad, modern Casanova and certified wife guy. A friendly, temperate, nurturing dragon who is very good with hatchlings. He has been in romantic relationships with basically half of the forest, much to his own surprise; he was never that much of a ladies' man, but they still adore him whatever he does. Maybe it's his caring nature or his genuine interest in others; people feel safe around Tosca, and he likes to make others happy. His mistresses treat him as their toy boy and he knows it, but doesn't mind; he is the dragon people go to to feel better, and once they do, they don't need him anymore. Although his lovers often quickly break up with him, they are always welcome to come by his cozy little home for tea and a hearty meal, and they usually maintain friendly, more platonic relationships. They often leave their hatchlings in his care, even after they have broken up with him, and he has become a kind of general daycare overseer of all the hatchlings in the woods, surrounded by little dragons wherever he goes.
