Biography
Porcelain, paint, glass, mercury and magic; Faasdem had witnessed the rise of the Sculpted Gaoler and sought to recreate the miracle. All attempts failed but one; and as Faasdem dripped the Plaguebringer's lifeblood into the beast's hollow chest, it opened glass eyes and stared at him with a new and ancient gaze.
This dragon makes everyone else a little uncomfortable. Created - or found - by Faasdem from a sculpture of an imperial hatchling and what he claims to be the blood of a god, this beast lives and breathes as a dragon does but never speaks, never blinks, never emotes. Still, he shows signs of curiosity and intrigue, often using body language to convey what his voice and face do not.
The actual purpose of this experiment is unclear, though Faasdem claimed he sought to create a vessel for the Plaguebringer to speak unto his followers. While the dragon remains silent, everyone sees and notes the glass stomach that bears that dark liquid, and all are careful not to disturb it.
As dragons within the Clan choose their own names, and he has shown no sign of choosing or even showing interest in choosing one, he is known simply as "the vessel" to those he interacts with.
Recently, Styrax investigated his origin by going to the place where Faasdem claimed to have crafted him, and came back sick and weak. The only hope of saving him was sending him to be exalted, as even Asmodeus was unable to heal his wounds. As he prepared to leave, he looked at the three Imperials and spoke only one word in his ragged, sickness-plagued voice.
"Emperor..."
