Skart has a friendly appearance so on a regular basis he has to deal with others mocking him or assuming he's weak. However, Skart actually saved Gaspar from a violent run-in with three very dangerous Stranglers. After the clan (and some newcomers to the clan too) learned about this, he's respected a lot more than before. He is kind to those even outside of the clan. He served as a father figure to a young Gaoler named Kevin, who Gaspar found while he was lost in a huge dark forest. Kevin used to confuse him for another Gaoler due to Skart's mane closely resembling a normal Gaoler's. He was responsible for Kevin's love of healing and types of medicine, as Skart used to be a medic apprentice at an early point in his life.
