Xenobots:

Xenobots are a possible sub species, these dragons are a completely automated and sentient machines. Their metal bodies have are typically a sharp crystalline structure and are highly reflective. Though they do exist, most Xenobots do not have a clean metallic body. Oftentimes those are just machines rather than Xenobots, without any self awareness. The wings of these dragons are usually metal but can vary in structure, some harness space energy to keep them afloat while other Xenobots have very thin and intricate scaffolds of patterns to reduce weight, others have thin sheets of metal laid across the wing supports. There are a few Xenobots that have canvas wings that use the dragons electricity to keep taut and generate lift. All Xenobots run off of their own generated electricity, though different Xenobots make electricity in different ways. There are 3 sizes of Xenobots, smalls work on tight quarters and Generally they fall into 3 different categories: Tail Turbine, Static, and Supercells. Tail Turbines use the movement of the mechanisms in their tails to absorb and generate their electricity, which is usually so full of energy that it glows. Statics use friction and built up electricity to functions. Statics are the most common Xenobots. Supercells draw energy from stormy environment and are overflowing with energy. Because of this different parts of the automaton become transparent, showing the harnessed electricity within. All Xenobots have glowing lightning eyes. The expressed breed of these Xenobots are ones without large amounts of fur or feathers, and generally have larger wings due to their heavy metallic bodies. Every once in a while, Xenobots end up losing their purpose, and get deactivated, losing their glowing eyes as they lose their power and instead have darkened eyes. These older Xenobots sometimes wake up and start moving again through large amounts of energy around them, and are called Deactivated Xenobots. In general, Xenobots are not all made of the same metal, but are typically a combination of 2 metals or alloys. This is to help with structural integrity and weight.
