Personality
  • Very stoic and by the book. He doesn't like to stray from the very rigid rules set in place when dealing in magics regarding celestial bodies such as the moon and stars.
  • Can't take a compliment to save his life and grows incredibly flustered by them. Won't outright deny a compliment, but will insist the offending party be silent at once and never say such things again!

History
After the royal family was murdered he saved his grandson, his only remaining kin, and killed his way through assassins to reach the Pit. He had been accepted there long ago already, and was welcomed back much to his chagrin (and relief). It was far from safe, but at least no one with a warrant out for his and his grandsons death would be present there. He'd left to try and pursue a more relaxed life, maybe retire- but running from your past is never so simple.

Now he guards his grandson, letting him believe hes nothing more than his personal guard. While they are close, he doesn't want anyone to get the impression they're related- all for Draven's sake, of course.
