At the rear of the lair's great hall, a massive pillar of ice rises; carved with swirling designs and inlaid with a rainbow of crystals, it's a throne worthy of any clan leader, and is flanked by two shorter- but equally decorative- pedestals. The one on the left is banded in steel and aquamarine, a jagged streak of cyan included within the ice itself. A dark Fae head peeks over the edge, stray wisps of magic curling off his twitching fins. "Oh. A visitor? We weren't ex- were we? I don't think we were expecting visitors. Do you need something?"
While not native to the Icefields himself, Roshana is considered a progenitor of the clan by dint of his age* and his bond to the queen, Jomira. A migratory tinkerer originally hatched in the Shifting Expanse, he met Jomira when they were both quite young, blown far off-course over the Icewarden's domain, and they've been thick as thieves ever since. Nowadays he oversees the clan's experiments and crafting endeavors as one of her Claws, though he can also occasionally be caught in the Grand Hall if neither the Queen nor Faendral are around to manage the others.

Despite his distractible nature, Roshana is regarded as the best of the three to deal with by most of the clan; he's less prone to offended outbursts than Jomira, and more aboveboard than Faendral, though far more difficult to bribe than either.

*This dragon is a more lore-compliant rebreed clone of my original random progen; please ignore his actual age.
