During battle for the glory of the Flamecaller against the Gladekeeper's people, acolytes found an egg, dropped by the enemy. That egg hatched, birthing Dawnstar, an infant Wildclaw. Responsibility for the newborn was co-opted by Moonflower, missing and honoring her Exalted family.

Dawnstar toddles along on all fours behind the stone-studded female Wildclaw, a living representative of the sacrifices made by the Clan of Raln to win against the Nature folk.

Now a teenager, Dawnstar is a sensitve soul with no interest in the battle of the Coliseum and not like your typical Wildclaw at all. Moonflower loves him just the way he is. Dawnstar since growing up has taken an interest in caring and domesticity, helping Ruby and Lacy with their new baby Coatls and helping guard the eggs on the nesting grounds of the clan's many current guests, and safeguarding his tiny fellow teenagers in the Fae colony, Erhensa and Calia.

The two tiny Fae females can be seen riding around on Dawnstar's back and helping him serve the top-shelf tea the clan has quickly gotten used to as Dawnstar tends the food stores of the clan.
