Biography

So instead of hatching a G1, me and Skarlette bred some of our special lineage dragons and got a couple of gorgeous lil babbins instead! They’re Gen 6 Naomi and Gen 4 Ignis, Moist and Dave. Safari changed to Bee 06/03/2020.

Memory is a fickle thing. It can be as loose and as coarse as sand, slipping away from our grasp with the ever-present passage of time. And yet, our brains have the ability to retain Memory in fragments that are as clear as the finest glass. Sharp around the edges, these otherwise fleeting moments of our lives stay with us. They are embedded so deeply into our minds that we cannot help but draw a sense of morality from them. Morality which, like Memory, can be shattered into pieces if enough pressure is applied.

My morality suffers as such. I am a Chimera, a creature born of bloodlines that tread a fine path between good and evil. I am a manifestation of curses that are interwoven with good intentions. Love and Hate flow through my veins with every beat my heart makes. I am forced to linger on the edges of neutrality in order to keep the universe at peace. Born on the day of partial existence, I know that I am dangerous. I have no other choice but to accept it.

Few of you will remember my birth, but surely you know my lineage? My siblings and I are offspring of the Damned, the Glitched, the Ugly and the Restless. We are gods among mortals, and as such suffer the same separation from your realm as the divinities you worship. But this is only temporary. Our ancestors are permanent fixtures, existing in a world that we cannot yet reach. In a way, they are gods too. I wonder if my siblings know of their existence as I know of theirs? I can only hope they know of me.

I want so badly to join you all. Yours is a world that is fascinating and strange to me. Mortality is a concept I have yet to experience. Alas, my rift refuses to open. My journey, my odyssey, has not yet begun. Perhaps, there will come a time where certain bloodlines are not as infamous as they once were, and their children will not suffer because of them. Perhaps then, and only then, I will get to live like you do. I want so badly to break my barriers and respond to the siren call of free will. For now though, my lament goes unheard. I am little more than a ghost...and the only voice I hear is an echo of my own.

Who is Naomi?
The Glitch Queen

Messages and items purchased from AH used to be delivered to your inbox by one of three NPC courier dragons. But on January 25th, 2016, the courier dragons were all replaced by this Triple Basic White/Azure/Sky Fae named Naomi. Naomi's clan was found to be clan number 0, housing over 15 million dragons. All of the exalted dragons on FR at that time. Naomi herself was listed in Dragon Search as exalted.

It is theorized that Naomi was a user account taken over by the admins to house the site's exalted dragons, but no one knows exactly why this account was suddenly visible or why Naomi took over the AH that day. This bug was, of course, fixed, and now Naomi lives in an empty lair.

Naomi did, however have a mate, Coal. It was found during this event that Naomi and Coal had one surviving offspring, Willow, who was sold in an auction for an equivalent of over $2000! Willow's owner auctioned off only a small number of her offspring, and it is from them that Naomi descendants are bred with the goal of keeping the Glitch Queen's lineage alive.
