Biography
A Plague dragon experienced with Lightning is good to have around in the event someone needs a defibrillator. Besides being the Clan's AED, he enjoys experimenting with electricity. Making dead frog legs jump is a favorite. His science has little time for ethics, and he hopes to achieve necromancy without the use of magic...perhaps in the form of an Emperor.
His name is also a pun, referring to a 'cytokine storm'.
