the unknown tale of amala

The head librarian of Scientia Library, arguably one of the largest and vastest libraries in the land, come with many responsibilities; responsibilities that don't end with just tending to the needs of a library so infused with magic, it seems alive. As customary of the head librarian title, Amala is also the chief peacekeeper along with the diplomats of Arcana Central, which bides extremely horribly with his weak constitution and reserved nature that made him run to the libraries as a hatchling to begin with. Though, in spurs of passion, Amala can whip himself into being the most confident and assured dragon in the meeting room; this is also met with Amala taking a day off to rest from said passionate spurs. Among the plethora of Amala's roles, his work as a historian is the one he adores the most. If given even the slightest opportunity, he will rattle off the entire history of Arcana Central, from the development of the land to the evolution of it's culture.

Sparcheus is one of the only dragons who encourages Amala's history rambles outside of an academic context, actively engaging with his topics and actually having a discussion together. They frequently go out on walks around Arcana Central together.

Largal's reputation precedes him, a constant complaint of the diplomats themselves, and that has not escaped the ears of Amala. Whenever the Nocturne stumbles into Scientia, he makes sure to keep an extra watchful eye on him.
