Patella might look small and cute, but her mind and words are as toxic as her acid saliva. She might easily wrap one around her claw and won't regret hurting others feelings.
If Patella was a bit more ambitious and a bit less irrelevant to clan administration, she would easily fight for leader's place, or start her own clan. She prefers to be praised for her own skills and competence and not to spend her energy on others.
