Biography
Sandwing, like his family members before him, has so much magic running through him that he's practically vibrating with it. (Kune recorded his level of "quirk" as the highest she'd ever heard of). This is what makes it such a shame to her that he doesn't desire to do anything with it. He instead prefers to fight, probably because he's good at it. His intuition is better than any others, and sometimes he senses what punches other dragons are going to throw before they even throw them. Some of this is attributed to his magic, sure, but another part of it is just plain skill.
He and Salena make a stunning couple, the two of them having met early into his stay with the clan, before he was sure if he was going to stay or not. It's widely rumored that she swayed him into staying, though he'd deny it if you asked him. The two of them are the caretakers of Blink, and they both love him like their own son. They are incredibly defensive of him, as the circumstances of his creation are unknown.
Sandwing walked into the town curiously, smiling at some of the tiny shops and reading their names as he went by. I see flower and tea shops, medicinal dens and libraries, he thought, but no den where any leaders would meet... A ways away, a female nocturne was discussing something with a stunning sea blue and amber skydancer. Sandwing found himself slightly entranced, a fact that he admitted to himself with a small chuckle of the embarrassed nature, and proceeded to walk over to this skydancer.
"How may I help you?" The skydancer asked him when he was within range, with a small smile on her face.
Sandwing opened his mouth to respond, and then realized that he didn't really have an answer. Chuckling slightly, he said, "Just browsing."
The other skydancer nodded knowingly, "We have many things to browse, here at Tea Leaves and Troubles. I don't think I quite recognize you. Are you new here, or just passing through?"
"Ah--New here." Sandwing brushed his feathers back into place self-consciously. "I don't quite recognize you either. You are...?"
"Salena," the skydancer said with a slight smile. "Pleasure to make your acquaintance."
"Sandwing," he replied, "and the pleasure is all mine."
