ARWEN FOHLEY 
based off of a personal character

Arwen is a forlorned prophet from an esteemed family in the Sunbeam Ruins. She arrived with her twin brother, Arin, and their friends Rebecca and Arielle to the previously-known Dragonhome Order, to which they were met with immediate hostility. She retaliated in response and made a rather infamous name for herself, causing a crisis between their wandering group, the Order, and its neighbors.
She has lost much of her faith in other dragons, and tends to keep to herself. The hostile situation that resulted upon her arrival to the Order caused the secession of numerous groups of dragons, eventually morphing into the Sects as everyone knows them today.
Currently, she maintains her companionship with Rebecca, and is under the watch of Sasha and London in the Ciudad del Mar, where she silently helps maintain the Anchors as a way to 'redeem' herself. She refuses to talk to Arin, who maintains the Sect of Unity in her stead when she refused the offer to govern it.
She was born a male Pearlcatcher, but has since an early age transitioned and removed her second horn in order to feel more comfortable with herself and her identity. This happened long prior to her arrival at the Order.
