Serena works under Elsanta and Tristar as a courtier for clan diplomacy. She specializes in arranging rooms for guests and making sure everything is perfectly in line with Elsanta's vision and the guest's requirements. She is often found making small adjustments to each room, and enjoys redecorating when it is required. She especially enjoys arranging flowers around the clan and the guest section, and often shows her appreciation for others through small floral arrangements. Serena is naturally quiet, and rarely speaks above a murmur. Guests find her gentle manner and way of speaking appealing, and she is often flustered and overwhelmed by the amount of admirers she can get. However, she only has eyes for Elsanta, something that regularly causes conflict between her and Tristar.
