Claude is a foolish dragon, but while he can be quite stupid at times his powers make it seem like you were deceived.
Claude is a member of the Clan military and is an archer. Despite him being the small Fae he is, his skills with the bow are quite powerful, being able to shoot enemies for a quick death with a simple strike. Unfortunately, practice takes time, and Claude wasn't able to use the bow for a quick instant death when he was younger.
Claude was born in an Earth clan, though transferred to his current clan as a hatchling, where he quickly adapted to the Southern Icefield. His skills for the bow developed when he was young after hours of practice a day. And when he tested out the skills against enemies when hunting, his training paid off. Being a species member of the smallest breed of dragon, it didn't define his strength at all.
Big or small, you can be strong. It just depends what you're good at that makes you powerful.
