The first daughter of Melete and Opalstar's second clutch. Her younger sister had already received a name, a sign, and a mate, but Lethe remained unnamed as Aoide waited for a sign from the Tidelord as to whether or not she would enter the royal legacy. Consumed with jealousy, she took her fate into her own hands and chose her name, meaning "forgetfulness". She now divides her time between the rival Banescale and Gaoler clans, doing everything she can to encourage the war between them in an attempt to hurt Aoide as much as she can. Both clans despise her, but value the intelligence she brings.
