Almirante is the current leader of the Stranded Crewmen, a massive clan made up of stranded and lost dragons who ended up in the massive tunnel the clan lives in.
However he harbors a dark secret, he is currently the unconscious undead puppet for an ancient curse infecting their home, this curse feeds off of memories in order to live, and thus as Almirante it steals from dragons that join the clan the memories of a life before they wound up here in order to sustain itself, and continues to snatch memories from dragons it talks to as Almirante.

Backstory:
Before Almirante met his unfortunate fate he was a young crew member aboard a small clan that sailed a ship around the Sea of a Thousand Currents, before it was attacked by something and the ship sunk. He woke up within the Oceanic Waterway with several of his crewmates, where an old Ridgeback, the leader of this place, introduced them to this place, Almirante, much to his confusion, could not remember anything about his life before
