Edith crafts small objects that are to be enchanted. She works with many kinds of materials, including special alchemized materials, but always on a small scale: jewelry rather than weapons, lamps rather than windows. She has a shop where she sells everyday items such as dishes, lamps and figurines.

Edith is fairly old and has had several apprentices, some of which are still her assistants.

She is very friendly and gets along well with most dragons. She has an appreciation for classic literature and quotes it frequently.

She is especially loyal to the royal family and meets with Lumina to chat from time to time.

Mated to Pyrite. He's more than three times as long as she is. One of his wings makes an oversized blanket for her. One of his "hands" is as big as her whole head.

Named for Corvus edithae, the Somali crow or dwarf raven, which is rather brown compared to other crows and ravens.
