Goldenshine Guardian Pure | Breeder

Goldshine is proud of his brilliant heritage. He was born to Gold, the Son of Bissonet and the Gloriously Exalted Hunyr serving The Arcanist, and King, the daughter of Contralto and Vapos. However, unlike his older sister, Goldstone, he has no strong compulsions. He has always looked up and admired her for that.

Goldstone was always so strong, both physically and mentally. She was always agile in the air. Goldshine was not. At least compared to her, which he focused on quite a bit.

The Search calling to Goldshine is not something he particularly understands. He has no idea of even what to Search for, only that he, at some point, will be have to begin. He can not grasp the concept in his head. The world is a big place, with many types of terrain, many types of dragons, and 11 flights. The time to search out every corner of it would be massive, taking years, which scares him. He doesn't particularly want to leave the land of light either. The Lightweaver has been good to his Lair's and Flight as a whole. The idea of finding a Charge that is in a Lair in the Shadow Flight, Plague Flight, or Lightning Flight scare him. And the possibility of failure is a great weight on his mind.

When he thinks of The Search, he things of strong dragons like his parents or his grandfather Hunyr, who is now Exalted. His more hesitant, timid nature is not something he is willing to risk until he has a grasp on what it means to be a Guardian Dragon. But to understand, he must search.

When he is being completely honest with himself, he doesn't want to leave. But he feels empty. He wants to be with his sister, Goldstone. But she is gone.

Hearing of his predicament, Supreme Emperor Aleglesia and Supreme Empress Nuunaril have invited him to visit their Lair, Katabainó Dunatos Katharos. It will be trip from his home in Hewn City to the Mirrorlight Promenade, but he won't have to worry about navigating outside the realm of light.

The invitation expressed more than just his genetic qualities. The Supreme Emperor and Supreme Empress believe that he can begin and end his search with their Lair. They are both Guardian Dragons, and they understand that the "grand quest" of The Search certainly has its value, but they also recognize that The Search can be misleading, driving many Guardian Dragons to near madness as they overlook the obvious options available to them. Each dragon's search can't and should not be as epic as the legends. There. Are. Too many Guardian dragons for that to happen

Their invitation to Goldshine to visit spoke of home and family opportunities. None of the Royal Family members have personal guards, the breed parents can sometimes get overwhelmed by a huge crowd of hatchlings and need aid and more. The Banescale progenitors in the Lair, Platinum and Nightshade, are willing to take Goldshine under their wing and help mold him into a confident dragon. So will all the dragons of the courts. A meek Guardian Dragon is one who can be taught, an overzealous Guardian Dragon who is reckless ends up dead. It minimum, Goldshine would be placed as a Court Official, most likely as a Permanent Attaché.

Goldenshine has found his calling as Head Chef in the KDK Food Truck. He manages and oversees all of the production and sale of the excess food for the Lair at its current location. He is too big to drive the truck.
