- - - ▢ Personality and Role
Nonsense is a generally quiet and determined Gaoler. When there's something they have set their mind on, they will stop at almost nothing to complete it. Nonsense can be a bit competitive at times, but it is always in a fun manner. They would never put another down just because they strive for the same goals. This is what makes Nonsense such a good Seeker-- they're never-ending drive to complete what they have started makes for an excellent monster hunter. Nonsense has a mate, Anastasia, although the couple is a bit odd seeing as Fire is rather weak to Water. Plus, Fire Gaolers aren't looked too Kindly upon. But no matter what, the two will always love each other, celebrating their differences and their oddities and not caring what others may think.

- - - - ▢ History
Nonsense hails from the Ashfall Waste, and is part of a small species of fox-like Gaolers. As one can tell from their cute button nose, exceptionally fluffy fur, and unusual black and white markings, Nonsense is somehow part vulpine. Unfortunately, this did not make living in such a hot land very pleasant. As Nonsense was a Seeker at birth, Nonsense left their home when they could, ready to fulfill their destiny as a Seeker. They traveled to the Tangled Wood, and that's where they met Anastasia. The sight of a Gaoler covered in Shadow goop and glowing blue mushrooms instantly put Nonsense on edge, but to be fair the new Gaoler was wary as well, for she recognized Nonsense's Fire eyes. After a tense introduction from the both of them, the other Gaoler being Anastasia, they settled down somewhat. After all, both were Seekers, and had no reason to harm the other. They started to travel together, Nonsense asking about Anastasia's mushrooms and Anastasia questioning his markings. Both of them were odd in their own way. Working together, they were more efficient at their job. Nonsense, who had never felt romantic love before, started to fall for Anastasia. She felt the same, and the two had a nonformal "marriage", combining their last names as typical Gaoler tradition demanded. They joined the Caravan by chance after meeting Whistler, and have continued to live happily as a trio ever since.

Who cares what Nonsense's first name is? They certainly don't. They changed their name to "Nonsense" because they are NOT having any of yours. And, also because it is a name that can inspire intrigue. Nonsense's last name, Sporus-Vulpi, is the traditional combining of surnames that occurs when two Gaolers fall in love. As to be expected, the last Nast name fragment that comes from their side of the family, "Vulpi", is reminiscent of Nonsense's vulpine blood. Their nickname, "Foxy", exists simply because Current forgot their name once and shouted out the first thing that came to mind, getting the attention of everyone else. For better or worse, it stuck.

▢ Trivia

Nonsense's eyes are darker than the usual Fire eyes, and almost look purple. Given their colors, it is very easy for Nonsense to deceive others into thinking that they are Shadow if the ones they are trying to trick can't smell element. Anastasia likes to joke that Nonsense should have been born as a Shadow dragon, seeing as they like to trick others.
Nonsense enjoys poetry, haikus, and tongue-twisters as well. They are fun for them to say, and they often challenge others to contests of who can say the most tongue-twisters.
Nonsense wasn't sure what to think of Current at first, a bit off-put by the Lightning Gaoler, but they quickly became pals. Nonsense likes to listen to Current talk about his day, occasionally interjecting with experiences of his own. Current is also the only dragon who always takes Nonsense up on his "tongue-twister challenges".
