Poinsettia

"A winding path invites travellers to journey to the center of the Blooming Grove. A lush paradise... but not for dragonkind. The Blooming Grove's charm is not for the eyes of dragons. Beware the flora and fauna that dwell here. Only those who are friends with the denizens of the grove are welcome."

How was it that such a small Fae ended up seeming to spawn from the flowerbeds of this deceivingly beautiful environment, unscathed by its ferocity? She appeared there with all the naivety as one who had known no other life than what the grove had to offer... and yet she spoke of it like a dream. But she was not so naive. That place was like another home, a temple, and a shelter.

Poinsettia came from a clan in The Behemoth where life is mellow, there is plenty of laughter, the strawberries are sweet, and afternoons are filled with long naps by a sparkling stream. There was no fear of what could be found in the grove. And why should there be?
Familiar-3.png Her parents loved flowers and the Blooming Grove, so naturally she did too. Her father always said it was the most magical place in the world and she had no reason to doubt him. When he took her into the grove for the first time, she was entranced by everything she saw there. She couldn't imagine a better place.

She probably would have stayed there forever if she hadn't been found as a hatchling by the dragons of Haven and taken to live in the Zephyr Steppes. She really didn't mind this. They were nice and it wasn't like she could never visit.
