Tender of the Sanctum's small library, and its appointed lorekeeper. He takes great interest in old artifacts, whether unusual or mundane - but especially of the written kind: books, scrolls, and the like. Knows many languages and obscure dialects, and you can bet he is currently brushing up on a half-dozen more.

Idris spends his days organizing, translating, and caring for any ancient tomes and writings he can find within the safest ruins around the Altar and beyond, along with any from more-dangerous places that are brought to him by daring travelers or generous donors.

He is happy to share his cozy library and most of his collection with anyone who wants a quiet spot to read or just relax. However, the nature of his work also means he possesses some very...dark, strange knowledge. He is adamant about keeping such to himself, not even sharing it with his beloved mate Kassiope - as he has no desire to endanger or burden others. But if you are in particularly dire need of some forbidden secrets hidden deep within long-buried, faded pages...well, you know who you might ask.
