Discovered wandering in the Schwartz Industries' section of the Ju-Omoi, Racca seemed dazed and confused. Her hair was tousled and filled with twigs. Her clothing ragged, but covered enough to provide shelter from the cool autumn nights. Both Maggie and Lonnie assumed she was lost. Racca assured them she wasn't.

Friendly and open, Racca (previously known as REDACTED, though no records have been unearthed with that name) was happy to answer any questions posed to her. She claims to have gotten bored of the 'real world' and decided to simply leave it. She now lives unburdened within the forest, and claims to be happy there.

S.I. Intelligence has opted to let her remain in the area, as long as they're permitted to study her from afar. Racca speaks a language that no one else has ever heard of, with clear syntax and grammar structure. In addition to her odd quirks, she also speaks about events that haven't happened. Investigations are still ongoing, though she is not regarded as a threat at this time.
